Delivery Policy

For order less than 90.000 KWD delivered in Kuwait, 2.000 KWD flat delivery rate will be applied. *FREE delivery for order above 90.000 KWD. For order less than 135.000 KWD shipped outside of Kuwait, a shipment fee will apply depending on the country and shipment company rates. “FREE shipment for order above 135.000 KWD.

Orders delivered in Kuwait may return or exchange within 15 days of purchase while 20 days for orders shipped internationally.

To return your item within 15/20 days of purchase, send us an email at [email protected] with clear pictures of the item taken by you.

Returns are credited to the original payment method. We will refund the item(s) purchase price within 30 days of your arrival. At this time, we only accept returns for purchases on

If the product is returned outside of the 15/20-day return period or the item is worn, damaged, or not in its original packaging, CCILU KUWAIT will be unable to honor a refund for the merchandise.

Additional non-returnable items: Coupon Code Redemption / Gift cards / Discount Items To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you havenÔÇÖt received a refund yet, please allow 7-10 business days and please double check your bank account Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace items if they were delivered defective or damaged free of exchange and delivery charges.

If you purchased an item from and wanted to exchange it for reasons other than delivered defective or damaged by visiting CCILU KUWAIT Head Office, then the exchange is free of charge. However, if you request the item to be exchanged and delivered back to you, provided your address is in Kuwait, then a delivery service fee of 2.000 KWD will apply, whereas if your address is outside of Kuwait, a shipping fee will apply depending on the country and the shipment company rates.


Please email us at [email protected] to return a gift without the gift giver being notified or refunded. We’ll help you return the gift for a CCILU KUWAIT gift card.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping and delivery costs for exchanging your item(s). CCILU KUWAIT will pay for returned item(s). Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping and/or delivery will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item over 30.000 KWD, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We donÔÇÖt guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
